Birthday Weekend

This past weekend was my birthday. I was a little bummed because i've been having to work lots of overtime so I knew we wouldn't get to go to lunch or hardly do anything to celebrate it at work, cause normally we celebrate birthdays and go out to eat and eat cookie cake and all that.

I woke up to this card from Josh.

Wish 2 movies tickets to see madagascar 3. I LOOVE the 2nd one so I was very excited for the 3rd.
I get to work and this really nice guy brings me a had made card and some cookies that he made once that I always beg him to make again.

I also got a surprise gift of flowers from an anonymous donor (thanks again by the way, you rock!)

Along with this card
Some cookie cake! With purple flowers!
It looks blue but it's my favorite shade of purple
I had so many goodies and cards, it was hard to be upset I was working on my birthday.
I told Josh to pick a restaurant for dinner and surprise me. I had a feeling we'd go here since I never get sushi since he isn't a big fan. I got sushi!
As well as the grill! Have you ever been to the Japanese restaurants where they cook in front of you? So awesome!
I was sitting in the perfect seat where after they gave everyone their food, i got the left overs. I made 3 meals out of this!!! You can't even see my vegetables because they have other things piled o top!
This was Josh's left overs...
This was mine. See how much they gave me!
We came back home before the movie to open presents. Josh insisted I make "me" face again

It's for my cricut! He noticed my sheet wasn't sticky anymore so he got me another, that came with 2!

Yay! The arm band I was asking for (Actually this was the only thing he was allowed to get me, clearly he went over board!)

Off to our movie!

The next day we had cake with our friends. Josh surprised me with a coldstone ice cream cake! I had been begging for one. Turns out, not as good as I thought so i'll stick to cake and ice cream. lol

They got me nail polish!
Stuff to make smores...

And the coolest 'smore maker EVER!

It's so tiny but makes THE perfect s'mores! The chocolate even melts unlike when you roast the marshmallows. My new favorite gadget!
I had a very good birthday weekend and Josh spoiled me WAY too much, as always. I'm so glad I have a sweet husband who loves to buy me gifts! Thank you Josh, I love you!
